RETURNS POLICY

1. Policy Duration and Address: Our return policy is effective for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. The address for returns is as follows:

12. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

15. Shipping Insurance: For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
